MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517046806 A) filed by Mixtron S. R. L., Reggio Emilia, Italy, on May 15, for 'valve assembly and pump provided with said valve assembly.'
Inventor(s) include Brevini, Renato; and Brevini, Stefano.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A valve assembly (200,200') removably insertable in high-pressure pumps is described, said valve assembly comprising: a valve body (205), a duct (245) made in the valve body, and a shutter (300) movable at least between a closed position, in which it obstructs the flow through said duct, and an open position, in which it allows the passage of a flow through the duct. Wherein said valve assembly comprises a tubular sleeve (360,360') which develops from a portion of the valve body in a direction away therefrom and defines an internal volume in fluid communication with the duct."
The patent application was internationally filed on Dec. 18, 2023, under International application No.PCT/IB2023/062866.
