The tractor (12) comprises an interface unit (28) and a second control connection (24.2) connecting the tractor actuation unit (20) and the interface unit (28). The trailer (14) comprises a trailer electronic control unit (30). The vehicle (10) comprises a third control connection (24.3) connecting the interface unit (28) and the trailer electronic control unit (30). The trailer electronic control unit (30) is configured to control the tractor actuation unit (20) to actuate the vehicle function (26) in case of a failure (32) of the tractor electronic control unit (22)."
