MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441016622 A) filed by Eonnex Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, on March 7, 2024, for 'vehicle control unit.'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present subject matter discloses the configuration of a vehicle control unit (VCU). The VCU includes a six-step, three-phase voltage source inverter configured to convert DC power into AC power for driving a motor and a digital signal processor (DSP) configured to control said inverter, wherein the DSP generates six commutation pulses based on feedback from a plurality of Hall sensors embedded in the stator of the motor."
