According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Educational institutions, offices, and public organizations receive a large number of repetitive enquiries related to general information, services, and procedures. These enquiries are traditionally handled by human staff or static websites, resulting in delays, increased workload, and inconsistent responses. In many cases, users are unable to obtain instant and clear answers. The present invention discloses a smart artificial intelligence-based enquiry and assistance system integrated with a dedicated hardware device. The system enables users to interact through a physical interface such as a smart kiosk, embedded terminal, or help-desk device to obtain immediate responses. User input provided through the hardware device is transmitted over a network to a backend server. The request is processed by a web server and a WSGI server, which interface with a Flask-based application. The application employs machine learning and natural language processing techniques to analyze the query, determine user intent, and generate an appropriate response. The generated response is returned in real time to the hardware device, where it is displayed or communicated to the user. The invention reduces manual intervention, improves response speed, and provides a reliable, user-friendly, and automated enquiry solution suitable for deployment in educational institutions, offices, and public places."
