MUMBAI, India, Jan. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541122273 A) filed by KG Reddy College Of Engineering And Technology, Hyderabad, Telangana, on Dec. 5, 2025, for 'voice enabled form filling system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Voice enabled form filling system is the proposed invention. In today's world filling out forms can be challenging in the places like banks, hospitals and other institutions. Especially for the people who are with disabilities those who can't read or write. Today's method often requires physical interaction and Manual data entry. To overcome these limitations, our project develops a voice-based form filling system that allow users to fill out the forms just by voice so that it can be easier for everyone. The system integrates speech to text and NLP technologies to capture the users voice convert them into text and fill out the forms in an appropriate way. This system is designed to work accurately extracts data from voice input and achieving high accuracy rate. This project not only reduces the need of manual data entry but also improves accessibility especially for the people who are with disabilities also in various sectors like bank hospitals, healthcare and government services. For individuals with disabilities, this system provides an accessibility enabling them to fill out the forms independently without requiring assistance."
