MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411013425 A) filed by Bennett University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 24, 2024, for 'voice recognition and response systems in service robots.'
Inventor(s) include Prof. Sanjeev Ratna Singh; and Dr. Madhushi Verma.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is a robotic data center service system (100), comprising a plurality of data storage units (102) housed within a data center; a rail system (104) integrated within the data center and positioned adjacent to a ceiling of the data center, wherein the rail system (104) is spatially arranged above the plurality of data storage units (102); a movable robot (106) comprising a drive unit (108) comprising a magnetic levitation system (110), wherein the drive unit (108) is engaged with the rail system (104) to drive the movable robot (106) along a path; and a plurality of multi-joint robotic arms (112), wherein each multi-joint robotic arm (112) extends downwardly from the rail system (104) and comprises the multiple articulation points (114), wherein each of the multi-joint robotic arm (112) is actuated to manipulate any of the plurality of data storage units (102), facilitating the replacement of hardware within the plurality of data storage units (102)."
