MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531019184 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 4, for 'water transfer printing device for cloth.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Trushna Parida.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A water transfer printing device for cloth comprises of a housing 101 having a container 103 accommodating a cloth, a screen 104 for user input regarding pattern to be printed on the cloth, a receptacle 105 installed with housing 101 storing different paint colors, a nozzle 106 equipped in each section of the receptacle 105, a lead screw arrangement 107 configured between the receptacle 105 and ceiling portion for providing bi-directional motion to the receptacle 105, a plate 108 having multiple members 110 suspended from the ceiling portion via a telescopically operated rod 109 to form the pattern in the water, an imaging unit 111 detecting presence of the cloth, multiple grippers 112 arranged within the housing 101 for gripping cloth, a frame 113 installed in proximity to the chamber 102 via an L-shaped bar 114 integrated on conveyer 115 having two motorized clippers 116 for collecting the cloth."
