MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517080066 A) filed by Lenovo (BEIJING) Limited, Beijing, on Aug. 23, for 'wireless communication methods and apparatuses.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to a wireless communication method and apparatus of supporting beam reporting. An exemplary UE includes: at least one memory; and at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and configured to cause the UE to: receive a first signaling indicating a CSI-RS resource set; receive a second signaling indicating one or multiple port subset indications associated with the CSI-RS resource set or indicating a first number smaller than a number of CSI-RS resources in the CSI-RS resource set; and determine, based on the first signaling and the second signaling, an index of a CSI-RS resource for CRI reporting, an association between CMR and IMR, an index of a CSI reporting configuration, or any combination thereof."
