MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517058118 A) filed by Cj Logistics Corporation, Seoul, Republic of Korea, on June 17, for 'work tool, cargo unloading support device, and cargo unloading automation equipment and method.'
Inventor(s) include Kim, Seung Mo; Lee, Dong-Seob; Park, Bo Kun; and Yoon, Chul Joo.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A work tool including a tool body formed to extend long in the longitudinal direction, and an adsorption part formed on one end of the tool body so as to adsorb the loaded cargo, wherein the adsorption part may include a plurality of suction cups, which are formed on an adsorption surface that comes into contact with surface of the loaded cargo, and are open toward the loaded cargo. A cargo unloading support device includes a work tool, which comes into contact with the loaded cargo so as to apply an external force for moving the loaded cargo, and a weight compensation device for compensating for weight of the work tool so as to reduce a workload of the operator, wherein the weight compensation device may include a wire for suspending the work tool and a pulley device for applying tension to the wire."
