MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517053400 A) filed by Eneos Corporation; and Daikin Industries, Ltd., Tokyo, on June 2, for 'working fluid composition and refrigerator.'

Inventor(s) include Mizutani Yuya; Okazaki Motoya; Ogata Hidetoshi; Kawaguchi Masaki; and Goto Satoshi.

The application for the patent was published on June 27, under issue no. 26/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A working fluid composition containing a refrigeration oil and a refrigerant that contains trans-1,2-difluoroethylene (HFO-1132(E)) and 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234yf), wherein the refrigerant fraction of the working fluid composition is 80 mass% or less at 80 C and 2.5 MPa, and the refrigeration oil contains: at least one base oil selected from the group consisting of polyol esters and polyvinyl ethers; a carbodiimide-based acid scavenger; and a phenolic oxidation inhibitor."

The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 16, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/041343.
