MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517059233 A) filed by Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited, Nakornpathom, Thailand, on June 20, for 'zipper bag.'
Inventor(s) include Thitihiranmethi, Thadpong; and Phanpitak, Thanaphat.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a zipper bag comprising a bag body having two walls and a zipper, wherein the zipper bag is characterized in that, the zipper bag has a convex part bulging out from the surface between an opening and the zipper and extending in a straight line parallel to the zipper, and the convex part comprises two pieces of a first convex part located on the outer wall of one wall; two pieces of a second convex part located on the inner wall of the same side as the first convex part in a position relative to the first convex part in the sense that the second convex part receives the force exerted on the first convex part by users; one piece of a third convex part located on the inner wall of the other wall and located between the two pieces of the second convex part; and one piece of a forth convex part located on the outer wall of the same side as the third convex part on the position relative to the third convex part in the sense that the third convex part receives the force exerted on the forth convex part by the users."
