The orthopedic heel cushion (1) comprises an upper solid layer (3), a topology-optimized gyroid lattice core (2) defining a gyroid lattice thickness region (7), and a lower solid layer (4) arranged to provide a total thickness of 12 mm, wherein the gyroid lattice thickness region (7) has a thickness of 8 mm and functions as an isotropic shock-absorbing structure. The orthopedic heel cushion (1) further comprises an ergonomic heel arc contour (5) configured to conform to the natural anatomy of the human heel, a plurality of therapeutic massage points (6) having diameters of 15 mm, 10 mm, and 5 mm arranged in a central-to-peripheral gradient, an anti-slip/selfadhesive contact surface (8) configured to securely retain the heel cushion within footwear, and a customizable lattice-density zone (9) configured to vary the internal lattice density according to a user's body weight and plantar pressure distribution.
