Abstract: ABSTRACT 5 10 15 20 TITLE: 3D PRINTED LATTICE-BASED VIBRATION ISOLATOR MOUNT 'TlT^titiedTnVentidn 'discloses"a’3D printed^ vibiaLion"isolator-mount"to reducc-thc transmission of mechanical vibrations between vibration-generating equipment and a supporting surface. The vibration isolator mount comprises a cuboidal body (1) having a solid top layer (2), a stress-relief central region (3), and a solid bottom layer (4). The stress-relief central region (3) incorporates staggered circular perforations (5) and a gyroid lattice structure (6) configured to absorb, distribute, and dissipate mechanical vibration energy through controlled elastic deformation and internal strain. The vibration isolator mount further includes a customizable internal geometry region (7) that enables adjustment of lattice parameters and perforation characteristics to achieve desired vibration damping performance for different applications. The mount is preferably fabricated from a flexible polymer material using additive manufacturing processes, enabling lightweight construction, reduced material consumption, customizable mechanical properties, and enhanced durability. The invention provides improved vibration isolation, reduced operational noise, increased equipment stability, and extended service life compared with conventional solid vibration isolators
