The disclosed method comprises transmitting one or more subscription requests for obtaining service-related operational information from one or more network functions. The operational information associated with a service is received based on the one or more subscription requests. Further, a 15 subset of data relevant to the service is determined from the received operational information for processing. The subset of operational information is processed by an artificial intelligence model to derive one or more directives associated with the service.
