The batter processing device (100) comprises a frame (102), a cam member (108), a crank member (116), a support arm (124), a storage chamber (128), a holder (134), a spreader (136), a scraper (138), and a rack member (140). The batter processing device (100) supports dispensing of batter and uniformly spreading the dispensed batter over the cooking surface (10). The batter processing device (100) facilitates removal of cooked batter-based food products from the cooking surface (10). The batter processing device (100) reduces batter wastage during preparation of batter-based food products.
