Abstract: ABSTRACT A BEARING HOUSING ASSEMBLY FOR A CENTRIFUGAL PUMP The present disclosure relates to a bearing housing assembly (100) for a centrifugal pump (1000). The assembly includes a bearing housing (106) having an inner bore configured to receive a bearing (108) and align it with a bearing support sleeve (102) of the pump casing. Fastening means (110) secure the bearing housing (106) to the bearing support sleeve (102) during operation. The bearing housing (106) further includes at least one release-screw hole (112) configured to receive a release screw (114). When the fastening means (110) is loosened, tightening of the release screw (114) generates an axial separating force between the bearing housing (106) and the bearing support sleeve (102). This force displaces the bearing housing (106) away from the sleeve while the bearing (108) remains supported by a bearing retaining member (104), thereby facilitating easy extraction of the bearing (108) from the centrifugal pump (1000).
