MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641087939 A) filed by Shruti Basu on July 18, 2026, for A Behavioral State Modeling And Intervention Optimization System And Method Thereof.

Inventor includes Shruti Basu.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a behavioral state modeling and intervention optimization system (100) and a corresponding computer-implemented method (300). The system comprises a plurality of input interfaces (101), one or more processors (102), a memory (102A), and a behavioral state modeling software module (103). The software module processes multi-modal behavioral interaction data to generate behavioral state representations, maintain a multi-layer behavioral memory architecture comprising a Session Behavioral State Vector, User Responsiveness Representation, Trait Parameter Vector, and optionally an Environmental Context Vector, and construct a user-specific Behavioral State Transition Graph. Candidate interventions are simulated and evaluated using behavioral memory, graph transition relationships, personality traits, and contextual information to select an optimized intervention. Post-intervention behavioral outcomes are utilized to update the behavioral memory architecture and Behavioral State Transition Graph through closed-loop adaptive learning, while reliability calibration and behavioral monitoring improve personalized behavioral state prediction and intervention selection.
