Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: A BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEM FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF BULK MATERIALS. Present invention relates to a spillage and material loss arresting conveyor belt system for transportation of bulk materials that includes a conveyor belt with integrated corrugated side guards to prevent materials from spreading and falling off during transportation. The corrugated side guards extend along the length of the conveyor belt, ensuring that the materials remain securely on the belt even during movement and handling. The system features adjustable corrugated side guards made of durable materials. Additionally, a protection plates that are welded and bolted to the side plates of the dumping area which protect the corrugated side guards from material impact and guide the bulk materials (in powdery, agglomerates, lumps and combination of these) towards central section of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is designed with a flat profile and reinforced with internal supports to handle heavy loads. It also includes a variable speed motor for controlled material flow. This modified conveying system enhances the overall performance and reliability of the conveyor system, making it an ideal solution for industries that require the secure and efficient transportation of bulk materials.
