Inventor includes Parag Upendra Bhalchandra.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT A BIO-MIMETIC PREY SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR NON-LETHAL SNAKE IMMOBILIZATION AND RESCUE A bio-mimetic prey system (100) and method (200) for non-lethal snake immobilization and rescue are disclosed. The bio-mimetic prey system (100) comprises a prey-emulation assembly (102) configured to reproduce physical characteristics of natural prey, a prey simulation assembly (104) configured to generate prey-simulating characteristics, an engagement detection assembly (106) configured to detect engagement parameters, an event-responsive control assembly (108) configured to distinguish genuine predatory engagement from incidental environmental contact, terminate prey simulation, generate a rescue-state transition command, and initiate an immobilization sequence, and an immobilization assembly (110) configured to temporarily and non-lethally immobilize the snake without prior physical restraint. The method (200) comprises deploying (202), generating (204), detecting (206), distinguishing (208), terminating (210), initiating (212), maintaining (214), and automatically terminating (218) the immobilization operation to facilitate safe rescue. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
