Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a biodegradable irrigation container (100) that integrates water storage, passive wick-based irrigation, natural water conditioning, and bacteria-triggered organic decomposition functions using biodegradable agricultural waste materials, thereby supporting plant growth in water-scarce and saline regions, reducing water consumption, improving soil conditioning, and converting the irrigation container into organic fertilizer after operational use. The biodegradable irrigation container (100) comprises a tank body (102), a water-retention layer (104), at least one water-transfer member (106), and a natural filtration unit (108). The biodegradable irrigation container (100) is configured to undergo controlled biological decomposition after irrigation use to reduce residual agricultural waste. The biodegradable irrigation container (100) is configured to convert decomposed organic materials into organic fertilizer for improving soil conditioning and root-zone nutrient support.
