The platform is configured to encapsulate diverse therapeutic agents, maintain nanoscale dispersion stability, reduce premature leakage, and provide controlled release through diffusion and carrier degradation. The invention supports reproducible manufacture, route adaptable administration, and biological clearance of carrier materials.
