Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for the development of an optical media-based secure data storage mechanism that utilizes the capabilities of distributed ledger technology and artificial intelligence-based access control. This novel model incorporates blockchain to generate immutable data ownership information, audit logs, and validation details. The invention uses optical media because of their ability to withstand harsh environmental conditions, including exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Blockchain technology will provide authentication and security by allowing all users to monitor transactions within the network. An access control engine powered by artificial intelligence would analyze user data and identify malicious activities in real-time to either grant or restrict access rights to resources. This model would allow for secure data encryption, multi-factor authentication, and threat detection mechanisms to ensure that data is not duplicated or manipulated. FIG.1
