Abstract: The present invention relates to a wearable camera-based eye gaze tracking system for enabling hands-free interaction with computing devices. The system comprises a spectacle-mounted camera module and an embedded processing unit configured to capture and process eye images in real time. The system detects eye regions, extracts features including pupil position and eye center, and determines gaze direction. A calibration mechanism maps gaze direction to screen coordinates, enabling accurate interaction control. The system generates control signals corresponding to cursor movement and input actions, which are transmitted wirelessly to a computing device. The invention eliminates the need for traditional input devices and external processing systems, providing a compact, cost-effective, and efficient solution for assistive technology and human–computer interaction applications.
