The system utilizes a stationary phase column and a mobile phase comprising an acetate buffer and organic solvent to achieve effective separation. The method provides rapid analysis with high specificity, accuracy, and precision, and is capable of detecting degradation products under stress conditions, thereby demonstrating stability-indicating capability. The validation method includes evaluation of specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, robustness, and sensitivity in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
