Abstract: The present invention relates to a circular metallic tray designed for efficient separation and retrieval of small spare parts submerged in washing liquids such as oil, petrol, diesel, or kerosene during automobile servicing. The tray comprises a circular disc of 45 cm diameter and 10–15 cm height, featuring multiple rectangular depressions measuring 10 × 10 × 0.3 cm to securely hold individual spare parts. Each depression is covered with a fine wire mesh, allowing waste liquids and sludge to pass through while retaining small screws, springs, and components. The disc is supported on a base stand of 15 × 15 × 5 cm via metallic rods, providing stability and elevated positioning for effective drainage. The tray enables multi-user operation without external energy, reduces time and labor, and minimizes part loss. This design upgrades conventional metal trays, simplifies cleaning, and enhances efficiency in automobile workshops by providing organized collection and easy retrieval of small spare parts.
