Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a clamping and nail-driving apparatus (100) for clamping workpieces (10) and driving a nail (20) at an angle. The clamping and nail- driving apparatus (100) comprises a frame (102), a fixed jaw (104), a movable jaw (122), a clamping assembly (108), a nail driving assembly (124), a gear assembly (134), and an angular adjustment assembly (146). A lead screw (110) displaces a first rack member (114), while a motion transmission assembly (118) moves the movable jaw (122) toward the fixed jaw (104). The gear assembly (134) transmits rotation to a barrel cam (130), which moves a first slider (136) along guide shafts (128). A locking assembly (142) releases the first slider (136), causing a striker (144) to drive the nail (20) into the workpieces (10). A ratchet plate (148), pawl (152), and adjustment slider (188) position the nail driving assembly (124) at a selected angle.
