Abstract: The present invention proposes the concept of using intelligent cloud based health monitoring system for monitoring the health status of the patients in real time using IoT, Artificial intelligence, cloud computing and medical sensors. In this case, physiological parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, SpO2, breathing rate, and electrocardiogram (ECG) will be used. The intelligent cloud system uses machine learning algorithms for tracking the health data of the patient, detecting the anomalies, predicting any health emergency situation and estimating the health status of the patient in real time. Which means that the intelligent cloud system is using machine learning algorithms on a secure cloud plat form.It provides scalability for the system and also enables real time monitoring of health data of the patients without adding too much burden to the wearable devices. This framework employs adaptive learning techniques and it can improve prediction about health status of the patients with the new health data. As a result of the experiments performed, it can be stated that the proposed theoretical model provides considerable improvements in the health monitoring process precision, prediction accuracy and system efficiency with respect to traditional health monitoring technologies. The invention provides an integrated health surveillance and disease prevention system through innovative approaches such as Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing and real-time health monitoring.
