Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a coating layer composition and a method of forming the coating layer composition. The coating layer (100) is formed by solution blending a composition in weight percentage (wt.%) of an acrylic resin in an amount ranging from 45% to 55%, a low molecular weight melamine resin in an amount ranging from 9% to 13%, a high molecular weight melamine resin in an amount ranging from 8% to 12%, a sag control additive in an amount ranging from 8 % to 15%, an ultraviolet absorber and light stabilizer in an amount ranging from 5% to 6%, the balance being a levelling additive wherein the coating layer (100) exhibits resistivity in a range of 300 to 700 kilo ohms and viscosity in a range of 50 to 60 seconds.
