Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A collaborative digital system and method for small-investor education, risk awareness and protection are disclosed. The system includes an investor interface, an education engine, a protection engine, a verified referral directory, an audit-log data store and a role-based corporate-academic partner portal. The investor interface receives consent-based profile information and baseline assessment responses, including a selected language and an investor-literacy attribute. The education engine selects modular learning content from an academically reviewed and version-controlled repository. The protection engine evaluates investor-entered scenarios or event data against configurable, non-advisory risk rules. A detected risk indicator causes the system to present a context-specific plain- language warning, a related micro-learning module and a comprehension check. The system can then provide a verified route to an official information, assistance or grievance channel. Corporate participants may support outreach and delivery resources, while academic participants may review content and evaluate outcomes through controlled access. The system records content version, rule version, delivery status, acknowledgement and referral events in an audit trail. Privacy-controlled aggregated analytics identify education gaps and measure learning, risk-alert and referral outcomes. The system does not execute investments or provide individualized investment advice. By linking education, risk recognition, verified assistance pathways and auditable program governance, the system improves the practical delivery and evaluation of small-investor protection initiatives.
