Abstract: The present invention is related to a compact heat exchanger designed for efficient thermal management in confined or irregular spaces is disclosed. The heat exchanger features a hexagonal frame housing parallel straight tubes that provide a linear coolant path, reducing pressure drop and ensuring uniform fluid distribution. Straight plate fins are positioned between adjacent tubes to enhance heat dissipation while minimizing airflow resistance. An inlet manifold and an outlet manifold are configured to promote even coolant distribution across the tubes, optimizing thermal performance. The hexagonal frame is constructed from durable materials such as steel or aluminum, while the tubes and fins are made of aluminum or copper for high thermal conductivity. Joints are formed using brazing or welding to ensure mechanical stability and resistance to vibration and thermal expansion. This heat exchanger is suitable for applications in automotive, aerospace, electronics cooling, HVAC systems, and industrial machinery, offering enhanced efficiency and durability.
