The composition comprising a cow dung as the primary material, supplemented with natural additives such as gypsum, lime, white soil, and organic binders like soybean and urad dal powder. This method leverages the abundant availability of cow dung to create an eco-friendly construction material that offers superior insulation, fire resistance, and durability. The process involves drying and powdering cow dung, mixing it with other materials in precise proportions, moulding the mixture into bricks, and curing them under controlled conditions. The resulting bricks are cost-effective, reduce environmental impact, and provide a natural alternative to conventional brick-making processes, which often require high energy consumption and contribute to environmental degradation. This invention offers a practical solution for sustainable construction, particularly in regions where cow dung is readily available.
