The system further comprises a Sponsorship Management Module configured to determine sponsorship eligibility and process full or partial waiting compensation through authorized sponsors. An Emergency Management Module receives predefined emergency categories and automatically applies configurable waiting compensation policies including sponsorship, subsidy, reimbursement, waiver, or priority processing. The platform securely stores authenticated transaction records for verification, auditing, transparency, and dispute resolution, and operates independently or in conjunction with one or more digital platforms through standardized communication interfaces for waiting-time management across multiple service environments.
