The plurality of cells (201) comprises one or more terminals (203N, 203P) disposed on same side of the plurality of cells (201). A connecting member (300) of the plurality of connecting members (300P) comprises at least one pathway (301) to connect the plurality of cells (201) and a plurality of arms (303N, 303P) extend from the at least one pathway (301) and connected to the one or more terminals (203N, 203P).
