Abstract: A CONTROLLED SOLAR DRYER SYSTEM The present disclosure relates to a controlled solar dryer system (100) for drying semi-solid food products. The system (100) comprises a drying chamber (101) configured to receive and hold semi-solid food products, a solar air heating unit (102) operatively coupled to the drying chamber (101) to heat air and supply heated air into the drying chamber (101), an airflow guiding arrangement (111) disposed within the drying chamber (101) to provide a spiral airflow configuration by directing the heated air along a spiral path, and a control system (200) operatively coupled with the drying chamber (101) and the solar air heating unit (102). The control system (200) is configured to receive one or more parameters associated with the drying chamber (101) and regulate airflow, temperature, and humidity within the drying chamber (101) to provide controlled and uniform drying of the semi-solid food products.
