A 10 transaction classification module (3) identifies the input type and routes it to a bank statement processing module (4), invoice processing module (5), transaction logging module (6), financial summaries module (7), or conversation module (8). A document ingestion module (9) employs computer vision and optical character recognition to extract text from financial documents, while an artificial intelligence processing engine 15 (10) applies natural language processing to identify transaction details including date, amount, merchant, and expense category. A workflow orchestration backbone (11) coordinates specialized workflows, and an automation processing layer (12) validates and standardizes the extracted information before storing it in a structured data store (13) as digital ledger entries. An analytics and response module (14) retrieves the 20 stored records to generate categorized financial summaries and real-time expense reports through the messaging interface (2).
