Abstract: Disclosed is a computer-implemented cross-cultural artificial-intelligence system and method for identifying, and quantifying confidence in, infodemic misinformation, nutrition-and-obesity misinformation, and AI-generated health information among young social media users. A central processor (100) is coupled to modules performing PRISMA-guided evidence mapping (102), thematic domain classification (104), cross-cultural survey and perception capture (106), baseline information identification and confidence scoring (108), single-pass AI-assisted identification (110), cross-cultural comparison (112), composite index computation (114), a data repository (116), and an output interface (118). Six composite indices — III, NOILI, AIHTI, AVEI, CIVI and HIRI — are computed and aggregated into a cross- cultural health-information resilience report, objectively quantifying AI-assisted health-information identification performance and enabling reproducible comparison of infodemic vulnerability across distinct cultural cohorts.
