Abstract: The present invention relates to a data-driven employee retention prediction and organizational performance management system using HRM analytics. The system comprises an HR data acquisition module, data integration and preprocessing module, HRM feature generation module, employee retention prediction engine, organizational performance analytics engine, risk classification and decision-support module, and HRM analytics dashboard. The system acquires employee and organizational information including attendance, tenure, performance, compensation-related information, promotion history, training, workload, leave and engagement- related attributes from one or more HRM data sources. The acquired data is processed and transformed into analytical HRM features. The employee retention prediction engine generates retention-risk indicators using the processed features, while the organizational performance analytics engine generates employee-level and aggregated organizational performance indicators. The risk classification and decision-support module associates retention-risk information with relevant HRM performance indicators and generates decision-support information for authorized HR personnel. The HRM analytics dashboard presents the resulting information through employee, department and organizational analytical views. The system further provides access control and a feedback mechanism for periodic evaluation and updating of the analytical model.
