Abstract: The present invention which relates to a data protection compliance assessment system(100) which includes an organizational frontend(102), an API gateway server(104), a compliance assessment server(106), a duplicate server(112) and a display device(114). The organizational frontend(102) provides user-friendly interface for navigating assessment questionnaires. The API gateway server(104) handles user sessions, routes API requests, manages authentication, authorization and ensures secure communication. The database(110) which stores tailored questionnaires, compliance scoring engine and artificial intelligence driven analysis engine storing the AI and machine learning models includes a Route 53 DNS Management module, a load balancer module, an auto scaler module and an Amazon S3 Storage module. The Compliance Scoring Engine of the compliance assessment server (106) of the system(100) is configured as a proprietary algorithm that calculates how well an organization follows data protection rules by processing answers received from assessment questionnaires and applying a calculation algorithm which considers multiple factors at the same time.
