Each edge monitoring node comprises an NFC reader or demodulator, a microcontroller, a LoRa communication module, and a local event storage arrangement configured for local authentication, event generation, and decentralized synchronization. A command control gateway, cryptographic authentication module, asset interlocking logic engine, exit permission validation module, local access barrier interface, and alarm generation arrangement cooperate through a decentralized wireless communication architecture to authenticate personnel, synchronize operational events, enforce asset-bound movement restrictions, deny unauthorized exit, and support offline retrieval of encrypted emergency medical information during communication interruption or infrastructure failure.
