Abstract: The present invention discloses a dental implant (106). The dental implant (106) comprises a fixture (100) and an abutment screw (401). The fixture (100) comprises a cylindrical structure and a bore (203). The bore (203) is disposed concentric to the fixture (100). One or more outlets (104-1, 104-2, 104-3, ...104-n) are positioned around the cylindrical structure of the fixture (100). A thread (102) is disposed on the outer surface of the fixture (100) along the cylindrical structure. Inside the fixture (100), one or more anchors are positioned. The abutment screw (401) is designed as a stepped cylinder, and is inserted into the bore (203) to deploy the one or more anchors. One end of the anchor is attached to the fixture (100), with other end shaped as a cone (502) or one or more spikes (1802) along the periphery of other end.
