Abstract: A DEVICE FOR DOCTOR AID AND PRESCRIPTION ANALYSIS The present disclosure relates to a portable medical device (100) for real-time prescription analysis and diagnostic support. The device (100) comprises an image capturing module (106) configured to acquire images of clinical sources; a memory unit (104) storing a local medical knowledge database; a processing unit (102); a data extraction module (108); an artificial intelligence (AI) engine (110); an analysis module (112); and a display unit (114). The data extraction module (108) employs optical character recognition and natural language processing techniques to extract clinical data including symptoms, medications, and clinical findings. The AI engine (110) correlates the extracted clinical data with diagnostic criteria stored in the memory unit (104) and/or external data sources (152) to generate a differential diagnosis list. The analysis module (112) evaluates medication-related information and generates alerts. The display unit (114) presents diagnostic information, confidence scores, alerts, and healthcare records for user interaction and review.
