The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.

Abstract: A device for envisaging protein–ligand co-crystallisation propensity and recommending crystallisation conditions (100) is disclosed. Said device (100) broadly comprises an input module (100a); a protein structure encoding module (101), a ligand chemical feature encoding module (102), a binding affinity calculator module (108), an experimental condition encoding module (103); a fusion module (104), an envisaging module (105); an output module (106); and an environment conditions recommendation module (107). The disclosed device (100) offers at least the following advantages: is automatic; is simple in construction; reduces experimental costs; offers high accuracy; efficient integration of diverse crystallisation-related factors; improved scalability; reduced computational and experimental resource requirements; and/or reduces protein, reagent, and equipment usage by about 80% to about 95%.
