Abstract: This disclosure relates to antennas suitable for beam steering to enable intelligent beam tracking (IBT). The disclosure presents a dual-band antenna, which may be an offset dish antenna. The antenna comprises a feeder for radiating radio frequency (RF) waves along a first axis, a first lens arranged on the first axis, a second lens arranged on the first axis downstream the first lens, and a sub-reflector arranged on the first axis downstream the second lens. The antenna further comprises a dish reflector. The first lens, the second lens, and the sub-reflector are together configured to focus the RF waves to a focal point of the dish reflector, and the dish reflector is configured to reflect the RF waves as an antenna beam along a second axis. To steer the antenna beam, at least one of the first lens and the second lens is displaceable orthogonal to the first axis.
