Abstract: The present invention relates to a dual-chamber intranasal device (100) for sequential intranasal administration of pharmacological formulations. The device (100) comprises a first chamber (111) housing a first formulation, a second chamber (113) housing an autonomic stabilization and clearance enhancement formulation, a first chamber valve (105) mounted at an outlet of the first chamber (111) and a second chamber micro-pump (107) mounted at an outlet of the second chamber (113), a mechanical interlock (109) mechanically engaged with the first chamber valve (105) and the second chamber micro-pump (107) wherein actuation of the first chamber valve (105) releases a physical block on the second chamber micro-pump (107), and a delivery actuator (103) and a nozzle tip (101) configured to sequentially administer the formulations of the first chamber (111) and the second chamber (113) intranasally.
