The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT A DUAL LAYER WINDING LAYOUT FOR AN ELECTRIC MOTOR 5 The present subject matter relates to a dual layer winding layout (100) for three-phase, four pole electric motor. The electric motor includes a stator core (102) comprising eighteen slots, a bottom winding layer (104), a top winding layer (106) and an insulation material (108) for isolating said top winding layer (106) and said bottom winding layer (104) from stator core. Further, the bottom winding layer (104) is contained within at least a first subset of said 10 slots, and the top winding layer (106) is contained within at least a second subset of said slots. The bottom winding layer (104) further comprises a first set of A-phase coil group, a first set of B-phase coil group and a first set of C-phase coil. The top winding layer (106) further comprises a second set of A-phase coil group, a second set of B-phase coil group and a second set of C-phase coil.
