Abstract: A dust-repelling solar panel cleaning and positioning device is disclosed for photovoltaic modules. The device includes an adjustable support frame, a positioning actuator, a rail guided cleaning carriage, a soft wiping member, an air directing unit, a dust repelling element, sensing units, and a controller. The controller evaluates dust accumulation, environmental state, angular position, and module output before initiating cleaning. The panel is moved to a cleaning assisted inclination, cleaned by coordinated airflow and wiping, and returned to an operating orientation.
