The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an adaptive funding management system for monitoring and dynamically evaluating funded impact projects. The system comprises receiving project objectives, expected outcomes, implementation schedules, funding milestones, beneficiary details and performance indicators, and generates a baseline dataset comprising measurable outcome commitments and performance thresholds. Operational, financial, beneficiary, environmental and stakeholder data are periodically collected through integrated reporting interfaces. An Outcome Reliability Index (ORI) is generated by evaluating consistency between committed and achieved outcomes across multiple reporting periods, while Stakeholder Confidence Momentum (SCM) is determined by analyzing temporal changes in stakeholder responses and organizational credibility. Historical implementation data is further analyzed to predict potential impact drift and identify deviations from expected project outcomes before their occurrence. An adaptive funding adjustment engine integrates the ORI, SCM and predicted impact drift to generate funding recommendations comprising continuation, increase, maintenance, conditional funding, temporary suspension or termination of funding. Historical project outcomes and corresponding funding decisions are stored in a knowledge repository for continuous learning and improvement of subsequent funding recommendations. The system facilitates continuous monitoring, early risk detection, timely corrective action and efficient allocation of financial resources.
