Abstract: ABSTRACT “A FACILE AND ZERO CHEMICAL METHOD OF PREPARATION OF A NANOCATALYST” The present invention relates to a facile and zero chemical method of preparation of a nanocatalyst comprising rice straw as a waste biomass along with rice straw extract as a pre-treatment agent for rice straw biomass in the first stage, and sewage sludge extract in the second stage that is then calcined in a muffle furnace at 500oC for 1 hour followed by post-activation in sewage sludge extract in a ratio of 1:2 for 5 hour which is then oven dried at 55oC to obtain the nanocatalyst for application in wastewater treatment, biosensing application, bioenergy application, application in biomedical and food technology.
