Abstract: ABSTRACT A fan-spray therapeutic tip for a mechanical water flosser is disclosed. The tip comprises an elongated rigid tubular body with an ergonomically angled configuration and a flattened distal spray head forming a fan-shaped outlet. The outlet converts pressurized fluid into a sheet-like spray, enabling uniform distribution of therapeutic solutions across teeth and gingival surfaces. A proximal coupling portion allows detachable attachment to a water flosser body while maintaining fluid sealing during operation. The fan-spray therapeutic tip is particularly suited for delivery of antimicrobial rinses, fluoride agents, and other oral medicaments, providing improved coverage, reduced discomfort, and enhanced therapeutic effectiveness. The invention represents an advancement over conventional single-stream flosser tips by enabling wide-area, low-impact therapeutic irrigation.
