Abstract: ABSTRACT A FEED-GRADE ADDITIVE COMPOSITION FOR AQUACULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY The present disclosure relates to a feed-grade additive composition for aquaculture and animal husbandry comprising a short chain triglyceride, an immunomodulatory component, an antioxidant, and a carrier. The short chain triglyceride is present in an amount of about 5% to 25% w/w and comprises triglycerides derived from C2 to C8 short chain fatty acids. The immunomodulatory component comprises one or more bioactive polysaccharides present in an amount of about 1% to 10% w/w. The composition further includes antioxidants and carriers to enhance stability and delivery. The composition improves gut health, immune response, oxidative balance, nutrient utilization, growth performance, and disease resistance in aquatic species and livestock.
